The cashiers here always get upset when I say I'd prefer not to give it out contact info. (FWIW, I'm not there often). But this last time the cashier looked disappointed and then asked if I'd like to use someone else's contact info................... ummmm what!? You're so desperate to harvest customers' info (for spam or sale I expect) that you'll take info of someone who isn't even a customer?! I'm curious what spin management will put on this now.

I always come to this Ulta because it's the closest to my house, but the manager it's the most unprofessional and rude person ever. I always like to take advantage of the gift with purchase for the items I buy on a regular but she never likes to honor those. Always has the ridiculous excuse that they don't have the gift or that my purchase does not qualify. Not sure what she gains with that but it's sure not a customer because I would now drive an extra mile or two to go to the other store at Lee Vista where they mention to you that there is a gift with purchase in case you forget.
