i visited Morphe at the florida mall today, and meeting a certain employee encouraged me to write this review. Fatima, if you see this, you completely made my day. at a time, Fatima was running the entire store herself, yet she stayed calm under pressure, sweet, and easy to talk to. she approached me first and normally, employees simply ask if customers/clients need any help. i struggle with social anxiety, and i normally just say "im fine, thank you" but Fatima caught me peeking at concealers and immediately asked me right away if i wanted her to do a shade match; she read my mind!! she was so animated and enthusiastic, and so, SO sweet. she kept calling me "love" and "baby" and encouraged any choices i made with additional comments of letting me know how good my personal choices were. she told me i had really good natural skin, which made me blush 🥺 she made me feel extremely warm and i could tell she genuinely WANTED to help me. while shade-matching, she pointed out she wanted to be careful to not dirty my hijab 🥺💕 and when i told her i preferred a less-yellow tone, she encouraged my decision and understood where i was coming from. again, she read my mind the moment she saw my face and offered me makeup balm to remove the concealer. i've never had customer service like this before!! Fatima was extremely friendly and made me feel as though i were not a stranger to her. thank you so much for making my day special, Fatima! :) p.s., Morphe manager, if you see this, PLEASE give Fatima a raise. i don't care how much shes earning right now, she is underpaid for the amazing work she does.

The customer experience at this location is amazing. Fatima greeted us, She proceed to tell us the deals + gave us a bag to start shopping. She told us all the amazing trends, and got my friends matched. If you ever want an amazing experience find Fatima or she’ll find you! - you won’t regret it. To her district manager, or the Morphe corporate team, the amazing individual needs to be in your training videos or Home office.
