Michell was great! Highly recommend him. We were there for quite a long time trying to decide and he was very patient and worked with us until we decided and explained all of the discounts. Great guy and great sense of humor, and he gave me a Starbucks gift card 😆.

** update!! ** Kanes did a great job getting this corrected!! This is one of the worst furniture companies I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve tried to communicate about the delivery dates and they keep pushing me off and telling me dates and they never get set up. I ordered furniture last year and now have a partial delivery and no dates for the other half. I could go online & order it to possibly get it faster but i’ve already prepaid for everything. No one is willing to help and the store on E Colonial never answers. They also lie. The manager told me I’d hear from her and have my items April 12. A lie because there isn’t a date for my other items. They just need to close their stores.

This week we bought a sofa set and Michell Fraiha helped us a lot. He also helped us to get a fast delivery. However, the set did not fit in our living room. So, Michell changed that set with a new one. We did not have any problem. And he made us so happy because he was so friendly, calm, and clear. He made us feel at home. Great guy!! If you ever go there, definitely find him.
