Be careful when you buy in this store. I purchased $5,000 in January 2022, waited almost 8 months for delivery. I bought 2 sofas and 4 stool furniture and the stools arrived with the legs all scractch and the painting peeled. I made sure to speak to the company before the delivery people that I could keep the furniture until I got an exchange, they said yes. It has been weeks they are giving me the run around and do not want to exchange the stools and are only offering a $119 credit.I purchased brand new furniture it should not be scratch, with the paint peeled and look torn and use. When you make a complaint they refer you to escalation department a person emails you, denies you to speak with a Supervisor and that's it. there is no customer service. They are saying that they will not exchange and they will send a technician to see the stools and fix it. They can't be fixed as the paint is all peeled and wood has scratches all over.

Worst experience I've ever had, I purchased the Peyton sofa set, it came super late. One day my shoe got pushed under the sofa while reaching for it I noticed a broken spring. Z Gallerie did send a technician but they informed me that since I did not purchase the extended warranty there's nothing they can do, even though the technician said it was a manufacturer defect.

I love the service they provide! Especially Miguel being a Spanish speaker , my mother and her clients are always happy having someone who's bilingual. They also have a variety of color options; they have color samples that are the exact color you are buying for current pieces you may be interested.

Bought items the cost more then 1000 $ but the lady in Cashier had a bad attitude not sure why. She is African American lady but for sure not returning to the store to deal with this bad attitude

Hi Rosemary, Thank you for reaching out! It depends on whether you select a sofa that is in stock or custom. In-stock furniture from our CA warehouse to FL, should take about 3 weeks. If you look at sofas on our website, it shows the lead time based upon your color choice. Then add 2-3 weeks for transit to FL and for our local delivery partner to deliver! Thank you, Mark
