If I can give this store a 0 star I would. We went to purchase a bedroom set in February 2022. We made sure we picked a set that wasn’t on back order and had a quick delivery’s A day before the delivery they called and stated the bed was back order we had to week another 2 weeks. 2 weeks came and they called the day before again to say it was back order again. I spoke to an agent and then they said it was scheduled for a certain day and when I called to find out the day before they stated, we wanted to do a new selection and there was a code in the order. I asked to speak to the store manager Humberto and he confirm and stated he need to send a email to corporate to get it reschedule. 2 weeks pass and no answer. I decide to come to the store today and ask what’s going on with my order. They stated the code was still there. I ask for the store manager again and he said he can’t do anything that I would have to call corporate. This running was the worst experience ever. My husband was schedule for heart surgery and i ordered in advice because of it. This store no customer service. I will not spend my hard earn money on a company that don’t have people that care. I ended up canceling my order. Will cancel my card too.

I bought thenm and I put insurance for 5 years and I send the picture and they say I don’t qualify I will never buy from them again it is not worth it. Ashely furniture is not good.

Ashley is the best place to buy your furniture. I received a good deal on a King size bed box. Great Customer Service with John he was friendly and attentive. He also was able to get the delivery date in the same week. John is awesome !!!!! :)

Kevin was my sales agent and he was very knowledgeable. He showed me several options of the furniture I was looking for and was able to move pieces of the sectional sofa's around to give me a visual of how they would look. He was accommodating and not pushy. I appreciate all of his help and answering my questions over a phone call a couple of days later. I am now waiting for my sofa to be delivered and excited to see how it looks in my family room!

I'm on hold. Haven't been able to talk to a person today. I want to know what is going on with my claim for a refund on an install that didn't happen.

Good luck on the claim my daughter bought a couch for high dollar and bought insurance for it and it ripped at the seam and they can't get no return call on the claim. We will not shop there no more. We bought everything there. Your better to just get cheap furniture and if it tears you can replace it without breaking your bank account.

Why am I on hold for up to 15 minutes when I call the store? Is there anyone to answer phone calls? This cannot be good for business! Poor customer service! Don't waste your time!

Low staffed because of the pandemic and possibly busy because of the veterans day sales.

Since July 2018 several releases and calls in which the store has not yet solved the problem. I never thought to spend all this after several months ... all the payments have been punctual and now that it's your turn to respond, they do not
