Here you can mix your own bath salts to create a custom fragrance or try free samples in the center of the store. TIP: Basin can ship liquid products that are over 3oz. so they won't be confiscated by airport security.

Amanda and employee manager at Disney Springs basin was extremely rude to me and my mother we went inside the store around 10:30 and they were closing up Half of their sink station my mom went to grab a sample and Amanda snatched it out her hand and told her she wants to use it she can come over to the other side after she's set down the sample. We were very confused but we just Shrugged and walked over to the other side and when we went to grab the spoon again to put the sample since we originally couldn't she Yells at us and says make sure we use only a dime size we were so confused why she was attacking us immediately in the store and then she started eyeballing us the entire time we were there so my mom asked What her name was and when we went to check what her name was without being too obvious because we didn't want to be rude to her she snapped and started cursing at us told us "you can leave my store now since you want my name, its LEAVE" I had my phone in my hand and she said very threateningly "go ahead and record i don't care" but i showed that my phone case has a camera cover too that was locked on covering my camera screen. She was terrible and i had to go to grand Floridian to talk to some other manager who never got in contact with me regarding AMANDA'S harassment in disney springs

I come once a month from Tampa to restock on soaps and scrubs. Every time I visit it is one of the best experiences at Disney Springs. The employees are kind and chill. The store is clean and the product is consistent. This is also a great place to stop before/after food since you can test one of their products to wash your hands.

Took a day trip to Disney springs with my family. We came in and the staff was phenomenal! Tyler (I hope I remembered his name) truly impressed me. He was very knowledgeable about the products and was engaging in the conversation. What really impressed me was when we where checking out it started to pour. So my family and I where talking about walking in the rain to the store right next door,preparing ourselves to get soaked. Without hesitation Tyler offered to walk us over with umbrellas they had in the store. Such a small gesture left a large impression. When we decide to come back again I will be sure to come to basin again because of him.
