Dr. Volfson’s staff does not return calls, repeated efforts to obtain test results go unanswered, promised call-backs never happen. This is a very frustrating experience, especially for the elderly. Shame on them - very poor patient care experience!

My doctor is treating me for interstitial cystitis. The treatment started September of 2021, I was told it would be a year of taking the medication to totally heal my bladder. By Spring of 2022 I no longer had painful symptoms. Dr. Sharma is a compassionate doctor who has great bedside manner. I’m so grateful he is my urologist.

I was a new patient to Dr. Patel and I arrived early as expected to a very busy Glendale office, even at 8:00AM. Regardless, staff was polite, professional, and efficient. I was seen with very little extended wait time, given excellent attention by Robert, followed by William, and then Dr. Patel. All my questions were answered and a treatment plan was discussed with me. I am confident my medical issues will be addressed and I will recover.
