Did a great knee surgery for me. Fell and injured my hip and tried to make an appointment. Good luck. Asked for a call back. Person called, told them I needed an appointment for my hip injury. They put me on hold, never responded and the line dropped. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLULESS PROVIDER.

This is a revision to another post. Well it took about a year, but I finally got my joint replacement. I have lost a few pounds and explained to them that it isn’t my true bmi when weighed at their office with clothes and shoes on. Plus I didn’t think their scale was calibrated. I brought pics of my home bmi scale to prove I met the strict requirements. —————————-///// My appointment was for 3:30. At 4:00 I asked if I was forgotten. They then came right out and got me, only to be left in a freezing cold room for another hour. So I took a half day off work to wait an hour and a half for an appointment at which they proceeded to tell me I’m too out of shape to have a joint replacement. I can’t say how frustrated and disappointed I am. I would have thought they could have told me this at my first appointment before I paid $500 for an MRI and two office visit copays.

Dr Thomas did a left knee partial replacement in May of this year. I can not say enough great things about this Doctor. Many surgeons are some what cold and quick to move u on. Not Dr Thomas. He took time and throughly explained things prior to surgery. I had the other knee done some years ago and I can totally tell that this one is way better.

Dr. Maxwell Thomas did my new hip replacement on May 31st. After 4 weeks, no more walker and I was walking already. He is by far the best hip surgeon in the state of Arizona. Dr. Thomas always communicates with the patient before and afterwards and makes the process easier to understand. Very thorough. I highly recommend Dr. Thomas!!
