When I first moved here, it was quiet. Now during weekday nights and especially weekends you have people blasting their music at the pool and being loud. Not everyone has weekends off or work during the day. When told the staff they said there’s really nothing they can do about it. They have Security here but they are a joke, they don’t even do anything or say anything. They either sit on their phone or they just hang out with the people. On top of that, you have people that don’t even live here park their cars and go to the pool. No management lives on site but yet they want to run this apartment complex. Past apartments I lived at there was always a manager living on property. This is so ridiculous and annoying. Before I recommend staying here but now, it changed my mind and will say pick another apartment complex.

I’ll just be completely honest. Overall, the area is nice, leasing office is very friendly. The neighbors around here are something else. For example, I’ve been here for less than a month and just now, our neighbors upstairs are banging stuff around and vacuuming at 1:30 am in the morning. Normally during the day, there’s nothing wrong with that and we wouldn’t complain. But the walls and floors are very thin, we can hear EVERYTHING at 1 am in the morning. This isn’t the first time that’s happened too. We told the leasing office about the noise the first couple times when it happened, but it is just constant. So we tried telling our neighbors upstairs to please be quiet. The woman comes down and tells us that she pays $2000 for their apartment they (her kids) are allowed to do that. So to be frank, I honestly had wish we’d looked at other apartment complexes. other than the annoying neighbors, the area is nice, it’s got a nice gym, nice pools.

Customer service that was provided by Jessica was phenomenal. She went above and beyond in making sure I get the unit that was suitable for me. Very responsive to all the questions I had and overall provided an excellent experience for me. Unfortunately my plans have changed for now but definitely recommend this place to friends and families. I appreciate you Jessica!

If you’re considering this apartment...move onto the next place. I’d rate this as zero stars if I could...these pics are from day 1-3 of my living here. Tub was clogged from previous renter. I literally had to draino it before I could wash it...since it was dirty. Door knob hanging. Bathroom light was on the sink instead of attached to the wall. Kitchen cabinets stained and beat up from previous renter, if not left unclean, sloppily painted. Paint comes up when you try to clean the shelves. Cant close cabinets in hopes of airing out stench. Clearly not healthy. Kitchen disposal was clogged with previous user’s old Brillo pad Ice maker not attached to anything, completely broken in freezer Freezer and fridge don’t get cold...my frozen foods melted over the past few days Ac was blowing air at 104 degrees when set to cool to 68 Front door missing weather strip, large gaps to outside. Washer smelled rotten so I ran an empty cycle with washing machine cleaner....flooded my kitchen with washer grime. Dishwasher not even attached to counter. Came out when I opened the door
