This place is negligent to a level that should be criminally investigated. Two weeks ago, they called to tell me that my teenage daughter's anti depressant needed a 90 day refill to be covered by insurance. I ask what I needed to do. They said I just had to give my permission for them to request a longer refill from the doctor. I gladly gave my permission. They said they would submit and since she had enough for two weeks worth, it would be plenty of time and her refill would be ready by then. Fast forward to today, and I bet you know where this is going. My teenage daughter is out of an anti depressant that it is not safe to quit, and cvs never fixed the problem. Yelp was my first stop, but I will be looking into whatever government agency licenses them. This should be criminal if it isn't.

Was sampled ZeIss Lens Wipes from pinch me sample site . I just found out the sell them at CVS . They were such good lens cleaners , zero residue left behind. I used them for my camera lenses and they did great ! I would purchase in the near future !

The pharmacy never answers the phone calls. Tried calling several times to cancel an appointment I had, after going through all of their 4minute long prompts at the end the pharmacy hangs up on you. Smh this is the only pharmacy that doesn’t answer their phones and it’s very frustrating not been able to speak to someone… I’m going to tell all my friends and family members about their bad customer service so they can stop coming here

Worst pharmacy in USA !!! You call and wait 20 minutes on the phone ...they answer and then hang up on you. You call back and they do it again. Then you have to drive up there because they wasted 40 minutes of your time. They don't call you when prescription is ready. I guess they don't know how to use the phone. I went up there with a hand written script at 1pm and the guy said it would be ready tomorrow, because the pharmacist was too busy giving vaccines. Those are one time customers. What about your steady customers? I'm switching today. Worst pharmacy EVER !!
