Not only the property is amazing, but Eric, Mauricio and the entire staff have been so welcoming and were always available to help. One of the reason why I chose this place was the customer service they provided, right off the batt - Eric's impeccable service and willing to assist with my move from another state into Nevada was seamless. It took off alot of burden and for an easy move. Thank you Eric, Mauricio and staff for a job well! Everything on the property is within reach and available to you. Love it here and it will be hard to leave here should I leave. Thank you again Jardin Garden staff!!!! Tuna & Joe

Just moved here a month ago and so far so good minus a tiny issue which I alerted management about already... The place : I have a 1 bdrm unit, and everything as far as appliances came installed. It's spacious enough for all of my furniture, and the patio is a nice touch as I catch sunrises from the East. There is a separate vanity/sink outside of the bathroom connected to the bedroom that I love so I can keep my personal items separate from the bathroom should I entertain guests. The neighborhood : Minus all the commotion from the garbage trucks in the early hours(which is to be expected lol), it's very quiet here and it's near places that I frequent most. The grounds are well maintained, and maintenance is quick!!! The management team : Ok, first off, Eric & German are such sweethearts!!! When I was looking for a place, I called last minute for a tour and Eric said to come right on down... I'm a simple person and don't require much in terms of living criteria. As long as it's clean, well maintained and quiet, had enough space and a great, dependable manager I would be happy. I got just that. Eric is sincere and keeps his word, friendly and he made sure that I was secure in my decision to apply here. He answered all my questions (even when I thought I was annoying him, but he didn't make me feel that way at all). The day I signed my lease(a Saturday), I had the pleasure of working with German. He is also very friendly and answered my questions to the best of his ability. These gentleman are the bees knees, very personable and made me feel comfortable and confident in moving here. I am thankful that they are the ones I've encountered. 🙃😁

AMAZING!! I am military and PCS'd here by myself so trying to find somewhere to live was scary and stressful. Brett the manager was incredibly kind and helpful - he truly cares about his residents and really made me feel safe and at home. The apartment community is quiet and well kept. My apartment was beautiful inside and the maintenance staff is wonderful and responded the same day or within 24 hours (I didn't have any issues with the apartment, just needed some help working things). Also, I NEVER saw one spider or inspect of any kind in my apartment, which I only mention because I know in some apartment communities this is an issue, but not at Jardin Gardens! The only reason I moved out was because my husband and I purchased a house. I couldn't wait to write this review because reading reviews is what helped me figure out where to live when I first got to Las Vegas. I hope this will be helpful to others looking for a nice, safe and affordable place to live.

Jardin Gardens is a great apartment to live in! The apartments themselves are spacious, beautiful lighting fixtures, gas stove and are located in a safe and quiet area. Management is excellent, Don is always willing to help, extremely friendly and very personable. Repair request are done quickly and efficiently. The facilities are beautiful, and pristine; the pool is very clean, and the gym is open 24 hours a day!
