We had an excellent experience at The Presidio in North Las Vegas! The apartment was in perfect condition upon arrival and they were super easy going about minor things on check out. The maintenance team was always responsive and professional and resolved issues to our satisfaction every time. The swimming pools, gym, and grounds really nice and were always well maintained. Most importantly, the onsite manager, Norma Durham, was great! She always made time to meet directly with residents. She took a lot of extra time to research and resolve issues we had with some billing matters and never questioned our claim about what happened! We will be staying here again the next time we need short term housing in Vegas.

I moved in during July. The experience couldn’t be any smoother. Dan helped me the first time I came in over a year ago, and sadly went with a different complex. I can back and he helped me again, he is so knowledgeable about the property which was a huge benefit. they office communicates effectively and efficiently. The maintenance is amazing and completes work orders in a timely manner. I can’t say enough good about the complex.

Been living at Presidio for nearly two months and so far everything has been great! Apartment is updated and was clean at move in! Was able to make an appointment for maintenance to fix the ice maker. Very professional technician. Had an incident where I needed security and they were there in minutes! Property is kept clean daily. The shining star on the community staff is Daniel. Not enough can be said about his professionalism and his commitment to provide the absolute best customer service every single time! Thanks Daniel!!

The complex and the inside of the apartment i am in is very nice. When i first moved in everything was very clean and tidy. The only problems we had here was the fridge. Our ice maker was broken, the drain in the freezer was clogged, and some of the light bulbs were out. Nothing too bad. When i found a spider in my bathroom the office put in an order for my apartment to be bug sprayed right away. They only do bug spraying every Friday The man who came to bug spray was very nice, and they bug spray they use in the apartment is pet friendly. The only thing that is a bother here is the loud neighbors above us. They have like 5 children running around 24/7. no matter the time of day or night. pretty sure they have some domestic abuse up there too because you can hear the kids and woman up there screaming bloody murder in the middle of the night with loud crashes and banging. The pools are amazing! They are spacious and are heated in the winter. The complex is always clean and well lit. Daniel is the sweetest one in the office, he really cares about everyone and will get you help as soon as he can. The gates are always working, it makes me feel safe knowing that the gates are not open for anyone to come in. This place is a great place to live. I think its worth the $. I just wish the neighbors upstairs weren't so loud.
