The five stars are for Gloria!!! I would like for it to be know that the leasing agent Gloria, here at Whispering Palms is the most caring and kindest person I have met in a long time, when working with the elderly, even when they are sometime nasty toward her, she remains kind and gentle spoken toward them. I was so impressed to hear that she took her personal time to comfort a resident in distress and provided helpful referral information to the resident for the caring of her husband who was very ill and dying. The resident was so thankful she had to share her PRAISE REPORT! This is A GREAT COMPASSIONATE CUSTOMER SERVICE ACT, AND A SIGN THAT GLORIA IS A SWEETHEART OF A REAL PERSON WHO REALLY CARES ABOUT PEOPLE WITH THE LOVE OF JESUS CHRIST IN HER HEART! KEEP OF THE GOOD WORKS GLORIA, AND DO NOT STOP OOOR GET TIRED OF DOING GOOD DEEDS, YOU WILL BE REWARDED BY THE LORD!.

The Management who took over from the old management company was okay at first. Now they can't keep any maintenance men because the manager can't seem to get along with them. Now we have no maintenance man/men. No way to call if their is an emergency. There is no regular landscaping company cleaning and maintaining the property. As a result, bushes are untrimmed, pine needles and gravel etc. are allover the cement walkways. This makes it difficult even dangerous for people who must use walkers, wheelchairs , or scooters. These are senior apartments. Update: 7/29/21 I have a roof leak in my apartment. reported it on 7/26/ 21 and 7/27/21 and was told it has been reported. Whatever that means. I know there is a way to at least put a cover over it.No one has been out to even look at it. We are supposed to have rain for several days.

i think a 2 bedroom is 835 and one bathroom have shower and tub.the other one walk in shower and did you know it's a senior apartment 55 up

The gates have not gone unnoticed and are in the final steps of being repaired. While the repairs are being made, we were told to leave our gates open by the local authorities. We have done this with the safety of our residents in mind. Should an emergency occur, we need to make sure First Responders can enter and exit without hindrance. Once the repairs have been completed, our residents will be notified and receive the appropriate direction and access. We appreciate your concern. Please know that you are not alone and all of this is being done with the safety of your loved ones in mind.
