Clean and well organized location. Big thing I noticed was multiple staff were available and warmly greeted me. Little things like that are noticed and suggests a store management that cares about the customer experience.

Don’t feel it is terribly necessary to describe for people the advantages of shopping Home Depot on 5th St. But, just in case there are some who are trying to make a decision, I will share a few thoughts. They offer a wife selection of products from hardware, tools, appliances, lighting, cleaning products, furniture and garden products among other categories. Their prices are usually spot on and in addition, they offer to match prices. Customer service is congenial and knowledgeable. What particularly impresses is the willingness of employees to communicate when they don’t know an answer and to find someone who might. Additionally, they offer curbside and delivery on products, including those ordered online.

Not going to lie in kind of neutral on this one. On one hand the staff were very nice and pretty much easy to find and ready to help and on the other there was so many cats with garbage laying around in not sure if they were spring cleaning or just plain filling carts to leave them behind. Kind of hard to navigate through the store if there's not enough room to walk through. My son and i were leaving and happen to see some planes doing some cool tricks so we drove around back to get a better look and there we find where they are hiding all the rest of the garbage solidifying the fact the inside is unorganized and a complete obstacle course. I've been here a few times and it seems to me management should get ahold of the workers and have a cleanup day.

I came to Home Depot to have a key made and one foot of braided steel cable and this is what I was greeted with.The same "broken" sign on both machines! I didn't get a picture of the key machine but the signs were almost identical, written by the same person. Hopefully the one who wrote these is the same one working to fix them! I had picked up a few other items but returned them to the shelf since I was here specifically for those two items, and now had to make another stop! Truly a customers worst!
