Talk about customer service! Everytime I called with a question someone immediately had an answer. When I had an issue with the website, they promptly took care of me over the phone. I ordered the wrong upper on accident, and as soon as I told them, I had a return shipping label in my email inbox and the new part was sent promptly. I believe the employee's name was Rose that was helping me out a majority of the time, and I will say she is definitely an asset to this company. I will definitely be ordering from them again, and telling others to do the same.

Built an AR45 using New Frontier Armory upper and C45 lower. Has typical issues along the way building an AR45. Patrick and the team was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Thank you all again for all the help.

Bottom line New Frontier Armory is the peoples gun store. They have excellent customer service from the phones to the floor. I have had both Casey and Nick go above and beyond to make sure my firearms are good to go. They offer that old school customer service and that is unheard of in 2022. Give them a try you wont be disappointed!!!

This place is awesome, fair prices on used guns, educated staff and doesn't push their own line of merchandise down your throat. Every experience I've had here has been pleasant and they don't treat my wife like a second class citizen. A lot of gun shops are pretty toxic towards women but this one isn't. Extremely military friendly and they'll hook you up if you're a frequent customer.
