They do a great service- helping rescues with adoption events and rescue cats on display for adoption. Store is always clean and organized and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The groomers are very unprofessional girls with no mature supervision. I had been taking my dog there for a few years now. They always “forget to do his nails” and are immature overall. My patience has worn thin and now I have to get my dog accustomed to a new groomer. They could use some real training on business and professionalism.

Be prepared to wait a while, and then eventually walk out when you’ve been waiting for assistance and the employees just walk past you. I came in the morning and it’s possible that the staff later in the evening is more attentive but this store is usually good. Go to the one on Craig road, it’s busier but the staff seemed more eager to interact with customers. The ‘service’ I (didn’t) saw this morning leaves much more to be desired….

Review for petshotel: made a reservation over the phone with specific instructions on what packages and items i wanted for my dogs during their stay. The attendant had bo recollection or notes about my requests I had previously made. my pups had a horrible evening as my dogs returned shaking and agitated, and even though we packed extra portions of food and noted it with the person checking us in. The people watching my dogs threw away all our food, even though it wasnt used! They didn't give us a senior citizen discount when we asked, and did not send us a picture we had requested of our dogs to see how they were. When speaking with them yesterday, they stated I needed to be clear that we wanted our food back, and made the excuse that the picture was lost on the server, when we had asked for it to be texted. The manager said all hotels are different and they have the discretion to do what they want. It is poor quality for petsmart hotel and I definitely will not be going to that location or petsmart hotels again because of this experience. I do not feel it a safe place for my dogs. They are doing shady practices at this hotel.

They carry regular turtles only. For a hybrid breed of any pet you'll need an exotic pet store specifically.

is a Buddha that was in a fish bowl safe for a chameleon terrarium if i cleaned it super good?

If you mean a beta fish and you're talkin about a 10+ gallon aquarium, it would still depend on what you cleaned it with. Betta fish usually need specific kinds of water or a certain water modifier added to the water before putting a betta fish in it. The risk of you're cleaning chemicals or anything leftover from the chameleon contaminating the tank is not one I recommend taking, also if the last tank wasn't used with water, the sealing could've been damaged by your pet or their habitat. I'd recommend getting a new tank. A 10gal tank at petsmart is only about 10 dollars or so.
