I have lived at these apartments for going on three yrs now. My family and I moved to Vegas from Iowa literally months before the shutdown. Throughout these yrs everyone who has worked for this complex has been NOTHING short of understanding, honest and very accommodating. I found that as long as you are honest about your situation and needs, they will gladly help you out as best as possible within their company guidelines. I would highly recommend this complex and management company. Yes, there are a few buildings that need to be updated, however, hopefully there is a plan in the works. With that being said, the unit is large and having an in unit washer and dryer is amazing! They are a very dog friendly complex and they work hard at keeping it safe and clean. My next move will most likely be into one of the updated units. That's just how much me and my kids love living here! Great location and neighborhood I couldn't ask for more.

What a den of crooks. I have a friend who was trying to get a place here. And they required a certain form to be sent to them. The form was sent, but the management team must never check their emails. They claimed that the paperwork wasn't sent on time, so they took all the money he had put down up to that point, and said he had to restart the whole process, and pay them all the upfront/down-payment fees again if he still wanted an apartment. We had the email with the time stamp as proof that the error was 100% on their end, which was due to their incompetence. They didn't care in the slightest. If this is how management is when accepting new tenants, I can only imagine what they are like when you actually live there. Bad management makes or breaks a place. My advise, find someplace else. They will probably find a way to make your life miserable.

If your looking for a spacious and smaller community this is the place for you. Units are nice and you also have the option to rent out a garage they have one car as well as two car garages. Again LOVEEE the space in this units !!

My family and I moved to Las Vegas from Iowa just over four months ago. We began our search prior to our move and from day one Estrella was extremely helpful! We were able to go through the majority of the application process while out of state. We got into town two days before Christmas and we were welcomed with open arms! Nuri the office manager was friendly and an amazing resource for us. Due to the time of the year we had to wait until the next business day to get our utilities turned on. Nuri gave us two portable heaters to keep warm until then. We love everything about our unit! We have great neighbors, we're very close to shopping and there's a YMCA right across the street. The maintenance guys are knowledgeable and efficient! We have never felt like we were bothering anyone when we needed items addressed. We are always greeted with smiles and hellos. I could keep going on and on about why you should live here but I'd much rather you experience it for yourselves!
