Actually not a bad place to live in this area. I never had issues that the management didn't quickly help me resolve. They we're always friendly, helpful, and understanding of out of the ordinary situations. The units are fairly nice for being the cheapest price around, can't complain. Plenty of parking, but could be a walk depending on the unit location.

No, but the place looks worse than it. It's worse than section 8. Goto Alexander villas on Alexander and pecos rd.
About 1,600.00 and it's not worth it. The apartments "were" nice at one point because they were originally sold as condos. Now they are falling apart and they won't put money in fixing them or maintaining them. I got relocated from a different building because of too many water leaks they had to clean for mold. My lease is up I'm gone.
The run slums in Los angels. They hire broader hoppers. They are cheap and want your money
It's a Vegas thing. They are in Vegas to rip you off. Take as much money as they can. Judges help them.

I'm not completely sure about that. Management is flexible but again it would depend on the circumstances such as evictions, police activity, etc. A place that absolutely does do second chance rentals on the apartments across from the closed Walmart on Nellis. If you're interested in Los Cabos just give them a call. If they can't do it then try the apartments on Nellis. Just out of curiosity, are you a former tenant of Loma Vista Apts for if so we need to talk.
Not sure, i think close to 20+ years ago. They are well kept
