Been waiting to leave this review for nearly two years. But I didn’t until I moved out. Once I moved out and bought my own house, I decided to not bother with leaving a review. However, since they decide to keep my deposit money, citing “holes in drywall and carpet needing cleaning”…I’ll just leave this review. There were holes in the drywall from pictures being put up, etc by the previous tenants. Plus, the carpet was always dingy but I never complained because I knew this was a temporary place. To be fair, the units are not that bad and it wasn’t bad living in them. What was bad, was the treatment I received while living here by Roxanne (the office lady.) She was a total nightmare from the moment she became employed there, the previous manager was a breeze to deal with. The office once lost my nearly 2,000 dollar rent and had me running around trying to get it settled. I constantly received notices of late rent even though I paid every month on time. I honestly think Roxanne has no clue what she’s doing in that office. It just shows the company will just hire anybody off the street. They even once put another tenants late notice on my door accidentally… total disregard of that tenants privacy. Every time I visited the office, for numerous reasons, I was met with nothing but attitude. The Roxanne lady has another negative review about her on this review board with 30 plus thumbs up. , just scroll down. So glad I purchased a home and now I don’t have to deal with landlords or low- paid office managers. They clearly don’t pay her enough. That’s it!

The property is so well kept! Roxanne handles all my concerns in such a fast manner, she is so nice! Maintenance does their best on all repairs and services ! NOT TO MENTION ITS ONLY A ONE PERSON OFFICE & ONE MAN MAINTENANCE TEAM!! Thank You Guys For Everything !

The rudest manager I ever spoke to in my life. It sounded like she hated her job. I set up a appointment for today via the 800# and when I came, I found out the manager was at lunch. Was advised by maintenance to call back at 4pm. I did and I asked to do a tour. And the manager said “for what!?” I was shocked. Like why else would I ask for a tour. It was such a rude answer. The manager also said the only reason why she answered is because she got tired of hearing her phone ringing so much and she also technically had 10 mins left on her lunch too. Why you taking your lunch 50 mins from closing anyways ?? Excuse my language, but she was a middled aged “Karen” a$$ bit*h.

Hello, I have lived at Suncrest Town-homes for over 6 years.I decided to write this review because I wanted to express my satisfaction to the community I call home! I know when looking for a home, its great to get feedback from current residents. It helps makes the process of finding your next home a bit helpful. For those looking for a new home, please consider Suncrest as your new home. They have a variety of floor plans to choose from. I live in the Amber floor plan, the mid size floor-plan. It's spacious, and provides a large back yard! The community is very quiet and is always clean. Rules and regulations are highly enforced by the office staff. (Ms. Diana) Maintenance is prompt and handles all my issues in a timely manner. If your looking for a nice town-home community do check out Suncrest. I just renewed for an additional year!! Candace
