Left a review prior and I’m making another due to lack of action being taken. Apartment management has been notified of concerns. They even sent out an email in regards to pool areas. There is 0 hydraulic on pool doors so I hear slamming metal doors throughout the day and constant screaming and yelling from adults and children. I understand not every pool is quiet but it really disturbs the peace when that’s all you hear 24/7. Residents who live above are anything but respectful to neighbors. All I hear is music and bass shaking the foundation. nothing has been done other than a minor fine that they don’t care about since they continue to do it. I was told to call the non emergency police line to fix the problem by the number I called after hours here but they don’t answer. I will continue to leave updates to warn future residents.

Wish I read reviews before signing a lease. I’ve lived here for 4 days now and everyday/ night I hear music with excessive bass turned up loud as it goes from the apartment directly above me. I can’t sleep at night and keep getting woke up. I came home at 5pm from work. It’s currently 10pm and the apartment above me hasn’t turned off their music 1x. My whole apartment has been shaking since and I now have an ear ache. I’m not being over dramatic either. I called the apartment after hour security 2x and the lady told me to call police if they don’t stop. The lady had major attitude with me and didn’t help at all. I’m beyond disappointed to see other reviews have had similar issues for years now and management hasn’t helped solve the issues yet…. I guess the only one to blame is myself for moving here. I guess I’ll have to call police every night .

Be aware that regulations about dog types and size only matter for those that abide by the rules! All others can download a service dog agreement for free on line, the management does not discriminate against any dog including big pit bulls, so long as a person claims their pet is a “service dog”. A child walking their large pit could not control their dog from nearly mauling our small cocker spaniels ear, his mother ran out yelling at me that she was unable to pry her dog off mine. Management showed up to insist I call animal control but even animal control explained that management has service dog policy that allows these dogs and if the owners switch apartments, then animal control is unable to track the incident.

NV Energy. You can pay the bill at the Smith's across the street or there is an NV Energy north location (I don't have the exact address).
Personal experience, they work with government agencies like welfare to verify income limits. However i do not think they accept section 8, just looking at All of the characters around here, they might. Best to call and see.
Not sure about online but there is a mobile phone app called ResidentPortal you can download and pay through there
