The apartment is nice but that’s about it. The grounds are terrible. Garbage is overflowing, there is no assigned parking, you get one placard for covered parking but it is not enforced. The pool has been closed twice in the 3 months since I moved in bc the residents leave food and glass in the pool area as well throw things in the pool which messes up the PH. Wouldn’t really recommend unless desperate for a place. You can get something much cheaper for the headache.

Been living here for the last 4 months and it has been pretty terrible. The staff is nice and friendly a d the floor plans are reasonable and that is about it for positives. The parking is beyond a joke. Want a spot close to your building? Sorry...your already over inflated rent (for the given floor plans) doesn't guarantee you a spot remotely close to your building. The dumpsters over overflowing most of the time with garbage blowing around the lots giving you that amazing Fallout: New Vegas/Afghanistan city streets feel. Tenants go around and do whatever they like....while their kids are in the streets yelling racial slurs at each other. But hey...there is a food truck....sometimes. The pool closes randomly and they reserve the right to do so while charging a rate that is borderline criminal. Loose your plastic pass? That's $100+ dollars. Overall, the parent company cares largely about the flow of rent into the community and nothing else. As long as the cash is coming, who cares about the problem? If it gets too bad they just throw a food truck at it. Save yourself the time and pain of a long term lease and look elsewhere.

Quiet, great views, good maintenance. Only complaint there people parked under cover who do not have proper i.d. I have sent license plates and complained but no change. Comng home late means I have to park at far end of complex.

Colonial Grande's staff is the best! Pauline is a great and the maintenance staff is probably the best in the industry. I've worked in the property management industry for over five years and I have never seen such timely and professional maintenance. If you ever have to ask for someone ask for Edgar Beltran! He's clean, professional, and considerate. A really top quality maintenance tech.

We offer different types of housing, from studio apartments and garden apartments to mid-rise buildings and everything in between. Whether you’re looking for a city setting or a more suburban feel, MAA has lots of options for your choosing.
I've been told by a current resident there that the rental rates are being increased in the next few months (for them.) They have 3 levels/3 floors, so lots of stairs to climb. I'd call to ask rates. The apartments look nice, but the office staff & maintenance are shady at times. It's also a pet-friendly complex. There's also construction going on, so the beautifully clear northern views of the mountains are about to be disturbed by more homes/apartment complexes.
