Its a nice and high end apt though but they are disorganized with their application process. Miscommunications occurred plus missing email encounter that caused delays on my approval process. It shouldn’t been that hard to process but it seems they don’t have the initiative to assist their new tenants. If not from my own follow up, they won’t do anything.

If you’re considering this complex, ask for Keyon at the leasing office. He was able to accommodate us for our tour last minute, and he was extremely professional, honest, and welcoming. He was able to answer all of our questions, and offered to go above and beyond to help us as we make our decision.

Our experience was great. My fiancé and I were so please by the exceptional service that was provided to us. Savanna the Sonata associate was very professional, informative, and exercise patience when guiding us thru the leasing steps. She made a follow up call to insure everything was okay after our move in date. She understood the assignment and aced it. She gained our appreciation on a higher level. Thank you.
