My goodness I receive the social security matters website notification and I went to look on the menu section. Continuing disability reviews and I read a comment of Shannon L. Dated November 22 2020 7:02AM I will give the short version of it some of it says a couple of ladies that work there said to Shannon they just draw names like the lottery for the social security CDRs and pulled her name up. My goodness I also receive the disability digest on YouTube and it says June 2022 Estimated 49,680 SSA disability benefits terminated for year 2023 and many years after. The women that work in the office will be having a field day with this my goodness a lot of people will be homeless 😕

Went in to get replacement card for son or something temporary until card arrives. Extremely unhelpful, RUDE beyond belief! Told me they didn’t give out ANYTHING temporary since 2014. I was in there in 2018/2019 and picked up a temporary sheet showing my SSN for myself. I told her that I didn’t believe her and why. She said she “might just have to report that”. I told her I got it FROM THIS VERY BUILDING! Unbelievable!

I called this office to ask a couple questions. I have never had anyone from SSI be unhelpful or rude. I was cordial and when the woman helping me was rude and seemed bothered within a minute of my call, I asked to speak to another person. She hung up. I called back a few times, and was hung up on each time. It’s unacceptable that you go to the reviews and there are several of these same comments like this. That worker honestly needs to be let go or disciplined. People are in need of help. You literally have no idea if the person you’re speaking with has a birth injury, an accident injury, an autoimmune disorder, a seizure disorder, a heart condition, can’t walk or is immobile, a brain injury or several other hundreds of disorders. Use kindness and professionalism or find another job.

If you Google the office location, a different site than this will provide that number. If you call the 800 number, it basically just hangs up on you.
How do i change my address
It's a gamble either way. But appointments get called before walk in's so if they are busy that day it's easier to get in.
Social security is open to public but only 3 at a time in
I can’t even get a chance to be put on hold. It is a busy signal EVERY TIME I CALL. I have called all day!
You won't walk out of the office with one. Go in and give them the correct information.
By going in the social security office or using their website socialsecurity.gov
