How come I had a rental while my washer was broke. Soon as it was paid off. They picked the rental up and gave me back a broken washer machine. And refuse to replace or fix the machine???? Camdenton Missouri

If u rented an item and paid it off its yours so i dont understand how u paid a rental off and then ended up with a broken one they dont pick up paid off items im confused

Why does google keep changing the business hours? Store hours are from Mon-Fri 10am to 7pm and Sat 9am to 6pm
