The stores service has decreased over the years. Hard to find an Associate and if you do, they either don't work the area or are a cashier and Heisman the answer. There are some areas that are great at assisting the customer, lunber-millworks. An employee Ron in lumber-millworks is awesome.

I looked on their site and Hotshot brand they don't carry which looked the safest and very specific to what it does, but Springfield and Rolla does in store it would have to be ordered from Lebanon.
