Been living here not even two months, and received a tow warning on my car that has a parking permit because apparently I haven’t been “driving my car enough.” That is a very strange complaint. I have two vehicles, and my driving is no ones business or concern. It’s uncomfortable feeling to know someone is watching us so often that they are worried about me driving my vehicle. As a paying resident I’m very upset with this type of behavior.

Being a resident here for almost three years, things here at Sedona were great. Problem is lack of maintenance.wish the old staff was here. They were on top of everything.

Clean property, jacuzzi rarely works, pool is often dirty and occasionally shut down. For the most part maintenance is prompt. They don't offer carpet cleaning every year your there. Very small, "business center". Raises rent. Doesn't allow for normal wear and tear. Very very small, "Park for children". Tanning beds, often shut down. Didn't do anything when mailboxes were being broken into. Apartments are decent but very cheap upgrades. The community is pretty good. Most often quiet, occasional loud residents.
