Lee is the most unprofessional manager I have ever dealt with!! I have donated to this store for YEARS!! I shop there often and when an item was not tagged correctly I was dismissed and constantly accused of maybe switching it myself! This store will NEVER get my business again!!

I’ve always came here and never had a bad experience until today. Stacey helped me out and after asking her about a price she asked her manager, her manager said it was okay to give me what the price tag said and she charged me more after he manager said it was okay to give me the price that WAS STATED! It’s not my fault or any costumers fault that they price things wrong. Give the customer what the tag says Stacey especially after your manager said it was okay! Worst customer service ever. Way to go Stacey!

This place is disgusting to me. They are charging $10 for dollar tree glass. $25 for old art not even in good shape. It’s not so thrifty and when you ask any questions about price they try to justify it when EVERYTHING is donated so it shouldn’t be a problem especially knowing this is a THRIFT store. Won’t be coming back and I’m going to Fox 5.

Deseret Industries is one of the cleanest thrift stores I have ever been in. The prices are excellent!!!!
Yes
9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Just go to the west side of the building and you'll see the donation drop off area. Its outside and they will help you unload it if you want.
Yes they do! Some play dolls and also collectibles :-)
No they do not. Prices are as marked and there are no sales. Be aware, prices have gone up considerably, claiming inflation causing the high prices, however 100% of the merchandise is donated.
They had cowboy boots the last time I visited but I'm sure their selection changes.
They sell sofas in the store so yes, they will accept them
Masks distance. Number of people in the store
They were closed today 6/8/20
We can not accept any hazardous materials.
I don't work for them but yes they take donations
Yes as long as it's not in disrepair
The idea behind thrift stores being a place to get great deals is that we, the customers, go to the store and look for stuff ourselves.
And.

Yes they do have a truck. Call them and set up a time. Your items need to be at the curb and in boxes if they are not furniture.

No they do not carry appliances anymore.

Go to the website on the receipt, enter the survey code from the receipt, it's less than 10 questions, you will need a printer to print the coupon.
Their regular prices are usually lower than places like Goodwill all the time.
They will not deliver, tried it and was denied, had to get a friend with a P U truck.
I believe things are either resold to other companies (for instance, to foreign entities - Philippines or Argentina - for pennies on the dollar or in bulk for pennies. If an item sold does not sell at the next entity, it/they are either put in landfill or destroyed/discarded
