Very nice overall, not as nice as the first time I visited. Has become very ghetto when it comes to their parking lot. There are people living in their cars. Everyone knows the code since someone wrote it on the machine which defeats the gates purpose. They also took away a useful gate.

When speaking with a leasing agent, I explained I was looking for the cheapest option 1bd floor plan, she then gave me the highest price floor plan and when I let her know that they offer cheaper floor plans she then said “well those are smaller sq foot” then began to be condescending and unhelpful.

Mia is fantastic and maintenance is very good. But I don’t understand why they keep letting the daily groups keeper feed the pigeons witch is all a over the place and very unhealthy as far as I am concerned. Can’t get to my car in the garage without walking through pigeon droppings. Tenants have complained about it but the Office Management has no problem with it .

I just moved in this past April but management, maintenance, and security are all doing their best to keep our community clean, safe, and secure. I've had multiple issues and most were taken care of relatively quickly. Comments and issues are also all notated in the app, which makes it easy to refer back to past issues. The pool especially seems to have had some problems in the past (I had one myself) and it seems that they have cracked down on safety. Every place is going to have issues. It's how they handle them that matters.
