No, water, trash, sewer, outside gas, outside water and exterminator are all things you will have to pay for. Common areas like pool and bar b que even if you don't use them. Been here 3 years and now under new management everyone is moving. We pay 963.00 for 3 bedroom 2 bath and 50.00 for garage and now they want alot more. Pool is packed with neighbor kids and very noisy and vandalize cars, break ins, shootings etc. Mary is very rude, unprofessional and alot of tenants moved because of her. We in process of moving now. Last week here. When they found out how cheap we were paying we got a "No Cause notice after living here 4 years. Now new management This is what we got. Use to be Broadstone at Azure. Dogs barking, poop, trash and ghetto.
