Staff didn’t get their work done throughout the day so they close the fitting rooms 40 minutes early to catch up. Asked a girl with pink and blue hair & she said she couldn’t be at the fitting rooms anymore. While I walked up to another associate for help, the first one told her to not open one for me either. I get trying to leave work early but if you’re working till close, you’re working til close, deal with it. Never had this issue at another Ross

Nice clean store and the shoes were nice and they had plenty of my size shoes. 10, I will definitely return and comforter stand a set of lamps..I just love Ross.. Period!

Always a great store so happy some one decide to ope a store such as this and hope it stays this way, nice workers, get the lines going so we don't have to wait to long and they will open new registers to accommodate the long lines. Always find something at a great price there .

Store was clean, but the customer service was unsatisfactory. Unfriendly, nobody says hello, except for security when you first walk in. Then I needed to return something, Elizabeth saw me standing there, turned her back to me and continued to take stickers off of blankets. After almost 5mins, the manager finally came to the area, and mentioned to her that I was there. I made a comment that I guess nobody wants to work. They all need to be retrained. The Ross on Craig and Clayton were extremely friendly, they can take a lesson at the Ross on 5th and the 215.
