It’s okay. The chicken is good. But every time I’ve gone they serve the ice cream first and then I have to wait 10 minutes for my chicken. So by the time I’m done eating my meal my ice cream is practically all melted. Almost every time I’ve gone it was pretty much deserted. I would hope it would be common sense to cook food first and then serve ice cream, or heck even place food out at the same time (totally fine with that). Oh well. Good food, strange service. Also last time they didn’t have ketchup. Who runs out of ketchup? Anyways it’s alright, 3/5.

Went today for drive thur. Placed a $46 order of food. I requested 2 burgers to be plain meat and bun only amd repeated myself. They said tonearm and they bring. 20 minutes later they came with cheeseburger with everything. I said oh no meat and bun only plain nothing else. She said go back through drive thur and will have ready. They also forgot the full box of dilly bars. When I was given the burgers it was cheeseburger without anything else. Had ro explain for the 3rd time meat and bun only. Finally received the burgers and box of dilly bars after 30 minutes. Drove home 20 minutes away and opened bag of dilly bar boxed. On the bottom it had been opened and missing one from the box. The hamburger and dilly bars are for my special needs son. This was the worse experience I have ever had with DQ and I've been going since I was a kid. I understood places are understaffed but they wasn't busy at all. I watched 3 cars go through the whole 30 min I was there. Just a lack of care and listening .

Very bad experience!!! Raw bacon, old gravy, too long wait for the food, order incomplete, "toasted" bread untoasted!!
