I had a package deal... Flight n hotel. But it was really affordable. Sunrise is on the out skirts of town, so you have to uber to get to the strip or Fremont. There's a McDonald's across the street. A convenience store next door. And a shopping plaza over the freeway over ramp. We walked to it, there's a Food City there.

Yes you can hut I suggest going to the counter to make sure that tgey give you back your deposit

There is in fact NO breakfast served here. I've stayed there numerous times. There is, in fact, however, a truck stop right next to the hotel which always has lots of free Truck parking called Morton's Travel Plaza.
