Big order this morning, but simple 4 breakfast sandwiches, 3 drinks and 4 salads for lunchtime. Drove off and tried to get my sandwich from the bag. MISSING! Had to double-back, get in the drive-through again because their phone is a computer and not a live person. They kindly took the info at the drive-up speaker and gave me the missing sandwich. Management needs to emphasize "double check"! before giving the order to the customer. Fixed income, wasted gasoline, and lost time is important. When mistakes happen, consider providing a complimentary small item or coupon to show you appreciate and value the customer, especially repeat customers. Today's total order was over $70. Every penny counts in these times.

Visiting family in Vegas, my daughter brought me here, the service was on point I've never seen service like this before well we certainly don't have service like this in NZ. The food was YUMMY the chicken in the burger was just like in NZ moist tasty and customer service for me was LOVELY
