One of the worst Burger Kings unfriendly service food cold most of the time and they charge top dollar from Burger King prices I do got to say they do have security and the place is relatively clean but needs new management

Is really dirty and management is bad. Probably because there's a high school next to it. That still is no excuse for not trying your hardest to clean up a bit and be better at managing

I do not understand why no day of the week and with the shift that I am working there is never a shake, they always tell you that they have the machine broken, they should change the staff because of the bad treatment of the client.

Don't ask for the shake specifically! Ask for some "ice cream" and specify the flavor.
