this place is just ghetto and nasty. At night time its gun shots, and people everywhere its never quiet at night. Roach infested apartments it might as well be Norris ridge apartments. Anybody who wanna rent here is a fool, its better places in Spartanburg not to even mention how rude the land lady is . Our mail boxes are currently broke and and the mailman can't deliver so we have to pick our mail up from post office and she still acting clueless its been 3weeks. Please run away its not worth the headache !!

I just had the greatest experience with Rachel over the phone. The best!!! I love it here. It is now so clean and becoming an apartment community. This will be my 5th year here. This is the best that I have seen it. Keep up the good work management. Maintenance guys are also the best!!!

Been a ruff ride w management changes but things are looking up for the village these days! It’s improving daily! So come check it out before u judge from old reviews! It’s not a bad place at all! Daja is a great manager! She’ll help u all she can! Maintance is also great guys! Just letm know u need anything they get to u promptly!

Great place so far , fantastic neighbors, great staff and quiet place to live in
