I've lived here for over a year and a half and love it. The neighborhood and location are great and the creek beside the property is an added bonus. I also love the chimney, porch, bar area and counterspace that's provided in each apartment. The maintenance team, Rick and Sammy, are also great and very responsive when needed.

I’ve lived here for about a year and will be moving out of state for a new job. This was an excellent place to be for the past year. It is quiet, everybody is friendly, and extremely close to downtown Spartanburg. You also can’t hear your neighbors, so the walls are thick. The community amenities are also nice, particularly the pool. I will miss living here. Also, the maintenance crew is amazing and so on top of it.

We’ve been living here for a year now and have absolutely zero complaints about it. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The maintenance crew is on top of their work and will go above and beyond to help you out plus our dog loves seeing them on our walks around the neighborhood, especially Mr. Sam with his dog treats. We so enjoy living here and this community has been a delight!
