Pushy saleswoman with a raunchy attitude! I don't know if management has changed recently because I have seen good reviews of this place before, so I bought a couch from there and when I received it, it had torn within mere days. It didn't look like it was cheaply made so I fell for their sales pitch, but never again. It was under warranty but the management refused to take it back without valid reasoning. Simply do yourselves a favor and choose a different store if you don't enjoy wasting your time, money, and energy on such nonsense.

Went in to check out new bedroom furniture just to browse and ended up finally finding high quality wood furniture at an unbelievable price! I have shopped around to other furniture stores in the area and online places like Wayfair, IKEA and Overstock. Ended up buying a whole bedroom set for the best price ever! Also ended up buying a couch and loveseat floor model that was leather for both couches $1500 with delivery! Can’t wait till they get delivered tomorrow! The staff greeted me immediately upon arrival and were very helpful! Thanks Ramos!

From the minute we walked into the store we were greeted with great customer service. The staff there were helpful not “pushy” like some sales reps. Their products are excellent prices and quality. It was more than what I thought it would be. They kept in touch with us regarding status of our order up to the day of delivery. Delivery was excellent as well. On time, very professional! We are new in town (relocated from the east coast). Did some window shopping Friday evening and saw a table we really liked. We came back Saturday and browsed inside for a bit. I loved that there was no pressure sales pitch; we were approached and told to let them know if we needed assistance. We did purchase the table; we picked it up Sunday. Armando was great and helped my daughter and I load the table and stools. I highly recommend Ramos’ for great pricing and super support. We will be back.
