This is the worst place ever to stay I wouldn’t recommend nobody to stay over there Clandra an Loretta will take your money especially your utility checks an keep them for themselves, they have roaches an they don’t care bout fixing anything they also will tell you to hop in the dumpster if you want the rest of your things especially if your pregnant, they also lie about having to go to court, they like to lie on there residence especially when it comes to rent they are the most unprofessional apartment complex area I have ever seen.

Roaches...EVERYWHERE!!!Inspections never happen and staff are horrible,they are just people who drive around on golf carts. Calandra is a total b* too,she only targets me because we had trouble with her from our last apartment complex,she's a spiteful women and horrible to work with and all off the rest of the management straight rude and force you to pay for broken windows when somebody who has been harassing you for MONTHS broke it. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT DOSMESTIC VIOLENCE VICTIMS AND BLAME THE VICTIM, and also if you have pets don't come here,they hate them. CALANDRA ALSO GOT FIRED FROM THE LAST APARTMENT COMPLEX FOR STEALING RESIDENTS MONEY FOR HERSELF

Applied took me through the process paid everything they asked because I lived with family and I told them that they asked for a landlord reference I explained I don't have a landlord I've lived with family for a few years was told they would let me know. They sent a landlord reference to family members landlord of course I'm not on there we have all at one point of another may have had to get family help stay with them got a letter saying I falsified papers which I didn't I told them up front my living situation so I didn't falsify anything I went to speak to what I thought was the assistant turns out was the manager was told that because I was living with family they couldn't approve me for an apartment. I again explained my living situation than was told because of new owners they had to run extensive background check whatever address comes up is what they used so than I asked who had the final say I was told the lady I was speaking to was the manager of the property who was very rude to say the least than was told compliance hadn't run my background yet which wasn't true because they knew I had a past due bill I had to pay first which I did pay off. So after everything I Said so if I was homeless which technically I am I couldn't apply because I don't have a landlord she said that was correct I could apply agsin but because I don't have a landlord reference I couldn't get an apartment this is the most obsured thing I have heard it's based on income I have everything I needed to get the apt but bc I don't have a home or landlord I was turned down so being a single parent who fell on hard times had to stay with family longer than I intended to and because I wasn't put on the lease of my family member they turned me down after everything I did that they asked of me they turned me down which is unfair and even though the Manger had the final say as she said and knowing I didn't falsify paperwork they turned me down I wouldn't recommend these apartment to anyone in real need they had the apartment for myself and my children so we could actually have a home they turned us down
