Looks very nice , can only apply on a particular Day From What I Undwestand! No One there to talk to or let you view Apartment !

What does somebody actually have to do to talk to a real human being on the property to find out if they can put an application in and how long it would take to get in to an apartment? Over the years I have rode through there many times no one there

Applications are on the door fill it out and turn them in on Thursday at 11am

You'd have to go through housing authority for these apartments. They are income based and I'm not sure if they have a waiting list or if they have any available units. I moved back in North Carolina back in 2017

So not move to Kensington apts it's not worth it. Check out the Bluffs they are nicer👍🏾💯
