I agree with you 100%. When southwood owned it any and every maintenance problem was taken care of within 24 hours. Everybody that worked there in 2013 was the best owners the complex has ever had

They are one of the most unprofessional offices I've ever seen. I want ever refer anyone to this apartment complex. They really need to be reported. Someone should be made aware of their behaviour.
Robin I agree with you ...I'm a resident here and some of the people that lives here have no morals for where they live as it is said "cleanliness is next to Godliness" they expect the staff to do thing for them and I have seen some stuff you would not believe from some of these tenants .they throw trash outside the dumpster, in the parking lot , around wherever they dont care...my thing is why should the new owners invest if these people dont care? This is a team effort. I take around my area because I want my area looking clean period I dont have to do it but I love where I live. And the new owner is keeping the ground clean and beautiful and these stupid people throw trash everywhere. And that just only push their effort back and that is not fair to the new owners and staff. They deserve our team effort so the progress to move to something better. Think about it . And Robin I agree with you 100%.

Please don't move there because if you have a problem with something it takes the maintenance guys forever to fix it if they fix it at all. When I lived there I didn't have a smoke alarm that worked. And the roaches were every where. I'm glad I left that place in July
Call up there to Spartanburg code enforcement and call DHEC THEY WILL COME OUT AND ALWAYS GET IN TOUCH WITH CORPORATE.

Does anyone else get charged 100 or more per month for water?? I don't have a washer and rarely ever use the dishwasher. Quick showers in the morning. I go to my dad's to wash clothes and his water bill is like 32.00 a month.
