It has been drive by shootings here , kids do drop trash in the yards & parking area here . When things need repaired , I've waited from 2 weeks til months before it's repaired, sometimes , things never get repaired , also the maintenance man named Raymond , tells tenants business to other tenants.

Christina Dover has the worst attitude and doesn't care at all about her residents. After 5 years of living here and NUMEROUS property managers she is the worst. She almost caused me to lose my apartment but I moved out before she could mess with my credit or leave bad marks on my rental history steer clear. They also kept my deposit and charged me an extra $98 when I cleaned the apartment out myself. Worst experience of my life.

Yes, their rental assistance comes from Spartanburg Housing Authority. They do not have 2 bedroom apts here. Only 3 bdrms. There are washer/dryer connections. The apts are based on income.

u can apply online , go to Spartanburg Housing Authority website or go to Spartanburg Housing Authority & they'll give u a list with several places to apply , u don't have to have a job as long as u have some type of income, I live here , so trust me I know

The apts have a dish washer , carpet in all rooms except bathroom & kitchen , garbage disposal , mine has 3 bathrooms , 2 full baths up stairs & dwn stairs it's a toilet & sink , ceiling fans in all bedrooms & living room & really big kitchen & big living room, my bedroom is the master bedroom , as u go in the bathroom located by my bedroom, it has 2 sinks & a walk in closet & vanity round lights & big mirror , very nice apts
