Please don't move there because if you have a problem with something it takes the maintenance guys forever to fix it if they fix it at all. When I lived there I didn't have a smoke alarm that worked. And the roaches were every where. I'm glad I left that place in July

I am sorry that you feel that way sir. I will not deny that there was a homicide here recently, however I will say that particular situation was NOT a random act of violence. It could have happened anywhere. It was heartbreaking news for everyone on the complex and our prayers are still with the family, but his tragedy was not a result of being in an unsafe neighborhood.
NO!!! Lots of apartments get broken into there (or cars), fights, police are called there all the time. There was even a kid murdered there during a birthday party recently. Not worth it
