Let me start by saying I am really baffled how this is a 4.8 star rating. I would say the service is excellent which is not a reflection of the food value (quality/price). My first warning should have been when they told me they can only do burgers well done. I ordered the 58 plate and the steak was medium well instead of medium rare (sadly it was least awful dish we tried) the chicken was very dry, and the sausage was unremarkable. People who say the ribs are great truly have never been to the Midwest. I do recommend the red sangria I thought it was great! think this place is solid 3.5 stars
