Good afternoon Covid Policy At El Palacio de los Jugos, we take the health and safety of our customers, patrons, staff, and community very seriously. In light of the growing concern about coronavirus (COVID-19) special precautionary measures are being taken beyond those mandated by government. Here are things we are actively doing: All of our employees will be monitored for flu-like symptoms, along with temperature checks prior to entering the establishment for work, and those displaying symptoms will always be required to stay home from work. All of our restrooms are cleaned and sanitized at a minimum of twice a day with constant vigilance by our staff for its cleanliness every 30 minutes throughout the day. We have equipped our restrooms with antibacterial hand soap dispensers, hand air dryers, and deodorized the space. Thank you for supporting our businesses! El Palacio de los Jugos Team

Food must be purchased early. You should have done with the food and try to solve it with the manager. It is not only for you but for the other customers, so that it does not happen again
