Manager refused to take my order at the window because she couldn't hear me at the speaker..... she refused to even come to the window and communicate with me after i request for a manager.....when i asked for corporate information she told the employee to tell me to look it up!! This is the manager at this location on September 12th 2022 at 815 pm! This is the biscayne location near 15 st !!

Picked up two Whopper Jrs today. They are smaller than a Krystal burger and not even close in taste. Today was my VERY LAST VISIT TO BK - best of luck ripping people off!

Burger King is straight up trash! We have been trying to raise awareness to an issue we had a couple weeks ago at one of their stores, and they do not have a care in the world to assist. Buger King stole from us. Stealing is breaking the law, period. Their hired help is a joke and entitled! Running business like this will run you straight into the ground.

If you have a complaint about the food you bought you can always take the online survey score them low points and put in the comments why, another would be to contact HQ directly
