It's a shame that this restaurant has such poor service. I went to buy several meals and waited for my turn 20 min. After this time, one of the ladies who served told me that I had to do another line on the other side, she was very rude as she went towards me yelling as if we were in a gallery. They are very messy in the service. There is no warning that guides you for what you must do to be attended to. The ladies who serve must be given training on how to serve a client. In the end, from the frustration that this bad moment gave me, I decided not to buy anything. I had already done my time and they did not want to serve me on top of the rudeness of this person. More customer service

Interestingly, the first time I visited was a week ago, at night and the employee was very kind
And what is your question, from what I see is a negative review which is not put here, I am a customer of the Palace of juices for many years and have never seen lack of food or bad food, in which it was that you observed this .
Yes at Nw 27th Avenue and 2oth Street, but the other location in Mjami has more choices.
Horrible how they happen to squeeze the oranges and put the juice to rot in gallons when you can see that in home depot or internet you get a solution to the mosquitoes as the manager said as an excuse when she sold me an orange juice that she squeezed from 7am and I was thinking It was just like everywhere else, juice is normal if you don't believe me, go buy natural orange juice on the 8th sw 15av the corner in front of a hamburger restaurant and then try the rotten juice of the juice palace and look again for this review and he comments, like the mamey, buy it green and as one of them matures, they continue with the other and thus they would keep things fresh. If you need a manager let me know I will not be available for long.

At El Palacio de los Jugos, we take the health and safety of our customers, patrons, staff, and community very seriously. In light of the growing concern about coronavirus (COVID-19) special precautionary measures are being taken beyond those mandated by government. Here are things we are actively doing: All of our employees will be monitored for flu-like symptoms, along with temperature checks prior to entering the establishment for work, and those displaying symptoms will always be required to stay home from work. All of our restrooms are cleaned and sanitized at a minimum of twice a day with constant vigilance by our staff for its cleanliness every 30 minutes throughout the day. We have equipped our restrooms with antibacterial hand soap dispensers, hand air dryers, and deodorized the space. Thank you for supporting our businesses! El Palacio de los Jugos Team
The point is not to ask and that's it, the key is to let the person who attends you know "that you like meat finished" and there is no roll, let me tell you I am happy eating meat finished medium, well Juicy the churrasco is a delight, for This reason you should not give negative comments about any place, put yourself in a position that you were the owner of the place? What would you do with a negative opinion?
Call any other and ask for the phone you want specifically
