Customer service non existence. Is nobody in the store they asked me to wait while she did something else... Let's later they wanted me to type in all the information myself for shipping I had no idea what I was doing because it's their system. Nobody wants to do their job anymore especially at the staples

Why give even 1 star ? So I could make this post possibly saving life and limb of an innocent! From the lack of anything I was looking for to the complete and utter ignorance of any of the store personnel to be aware of even the most basic concept that they worked in an office supply store. I tested and my 24 yr old potbelly pig had a better grasp of the products they have and he is very sick with swine flu.

The gentleman at the printing center there, I believe his name is Jason, was amazing. I went in there with my fiancé to have some things printed last minute for our wedding. Something went wrong with the file and we couldn't get a proof to print. We had to leave and I told him I would try my best to get back before closing. Unfortunately I did not make it back that evening. All the next day I was trying to figure out what we were going to do. When I went back into Staples to talk with Jason about what our next steps would be, he pulls out a box of the FINISHED PRODUCT! he spent extra time on it and was even able to put it on the card stock we wanted but "wasn't available". Ill tell you what. They will have my business for a long time now. Thank you so much for going above and beyond for a client.
