I had the privilege to deal with Margie at the Alachua office. She helped me via email phone and in person. Please don’t ever get rid of that office it’s so convenient and helpful.

Hi Sally! Our office does not take tax payments. The Alachua County Tax Collector's Office handles all tax payment matters. You can contact them online at www.alachuacollector.com or by phone at (352) 374-5236.
You can call the office and schedule an in-person appointment. They're working on creating a portal so you can do it online but the tool isn't live yet.
Someone in the property appraiser's office can answer that question. In addition, you can go on their website to search by typing in your address and it will give you history about your property

You would have to contact your local building department for that information.
Not at the property appraisers office. Try growth management building department
