HORRIBLE service. Originally, I had a cracked windshield and called Safelite to make an appointment for replacement. To make a long story short, my appointment was rescheduled SIX different times due to many ridiculous reasons. Some being - glass not arriving on time for my appointment or glass arriving and then being dropped or cracked on the way. They finally were able to replace the windshield and shortly after I would notice that every time it rains, water would leak INSIDE my car. And randomly, I was driving down the road and heard a loud sound and noticed that my windshield had cracked straight across the middle. This is due to improper installation and when I made an appointment for it to be fixed, they did not show up. Rescheduled the appointment just to find out they did not even order the windshield, they are just coming to "take a look" for now. I am still currently dealing with this and very disappointed.

I made an appointment to fix a tiny chip in my windshield. When I got there, they told me that their machine might shatter my glass and that (if that happened) I'd have to pay for a whole new windshield. What kind of a deal is that? Shouldn't Safelite pay if Safelite makes the problem worse? I felt compelled to make a decision on the spot without understanding the odds. None of this was put in writing. In the end, the chip was filled successfully. Still, I feel sorry for anyone who isn't as fortunate as I was. I won't be coming back here if I have any future problems.
