What a fantastic spot and everyone should visit here at least once. In the evening the place really comes to life with this video ceiling and the effects create such a great atmosphere. Combined with the live entertainment throughout, loads of bars and restaurants it’s easy to spend a whole night here and fortunately the places outside of hotels stay open until the very early hours. It certainly lives up to the hype and is my favourite place in the city.

You can’t come to Vegas without making a trip to Fremont Street. So much to see here. Lots of sparkling lights, zip-lines, street performers, delicious food and drinks, music, entertainment, casinos, and more. Definitely worth the experience. Highly recommend. Tip: If you have kids with you, I wouldn’t bring them down here after 8pm, this place really starts to heat up after that, and is really suited for adults only at that point.

Very cool, so much better then the strip, if you want the Vegas feel I recommend this. The over head show was great and all the lights really feel like something you will only see in Vegas, if you only do one thing this should be it. Lots of food, shopping and entertainment. My only regret is that we went kinda earlier in the day and it would have been so much better at night, when you could see the lights better.

This was a very cool experience! Someone told us about it, we didn't know it was even there. Great place to spend the evening. Lots of cover bands and just good old fashioned fun! Dance in the street if you want to, shop a little bit, gamble a little bit, and so many choices for food! Not to mention the roof lit up and people zip-lining above you! Highly recommend!!

Yes, but having someone else along with you is better....
I honestly don't know what happened to Freemont street. I grew up in Las Vegas and you might see a few oddballs or a panhandler or two. Hadn't visited in years, and was completely shocked the last time I went there. A zoo meets a failing circus is the best comparison I can draw. Full of gross people who'll do anything to make a dollar. Women half naked with their kids sitting on crates behind them, having to stare at mom like that all night. Tons of bums and "performers" begging you for money. Place smells now, and is honestly depressing. I hope the new resort they are building downtown helps get rid of that mess.
I'm sure service dogs are fine, but if you're one of those people that tote their dogs around, don't do it, just don't do it, no one likes people that bring their pets all over the place...
Binnon's Casino has self parking. If you dine or gamble they will validate your parking ticket. Be sure to have this done before you leave. Your parking will be free. Make sure to get your ticket validated before you leave.
Pan handlers have dogs. I would think that if you stay in a pet friendly hotel. Other option, you can bring your fur baby, all you need to do is Pretend your homeless and collect money from other tourists. After solicitation of the other people traveling, you can get really screwed up and do drugs! Icky, Vegas is turning into a sleezy tourist destination.
Every night is a party night on fremont
Personally, especially for young kids, you should stay away in my opinion. The smell of marijuana in the air is common, almost naked girls and at times what looks like a topless old lady in a wheelchair, fake or not, it looks real and I wouldn't want my kids being around that. Main strip is the main attraction for a reason. If your more old school then head here. It is beautiful at night with some strange and entertaining things here, including the zip wire flying over the top. It's all part of the vegas experience but personally I'd say young children should stay away. It's a different vibe to the strip, more beggers and the feeling of having to have your guard up from thieves is definitely a thing here. Some bad people hang out here unfortunately. Could do with 24 hour security here to ask some of the less welcome locals with the wrong intentions to move on.
